your device only. No personal data is sent to their servers.
– WP Dark Mode — stores your display preference (light or dark) locally on your device only.
– Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for distributing the TAPPP Loops application. Their privacy policies apply to the download process.
All third-party service providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

– Website data is stored on secure Bluehost servers located in the United States.
– Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months and then permanently deleted.
– Language and display preferences stored in cookies expire after 12 months after last visit.
– TAPPP Loops app and TAPPP Pads app, or any other Tim audio Produtction apps usage data is retained for a maximum of 24 months for the purpose of improving the app.

However we acknowledge that if a child contacts us through our contact form we may inadvertently collect their email address, name, message content, IP address, and functional cookie data related to language and display preferences.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information please contact us immediately at info@tapppmusic.com
and we will take steps to permanently delete all information associated with that child from our systems within 30 days of your request. This includes:
– Deleting the email and all related correspondence from our inbox
– Requesting deletion of any server logs containing their IP address from Bluehost
– The language and display preference cookies stored on their device will automatically expire within 12 months or can be manually cleared by the parent or guardian through their browser settings.
We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s online activity and to contact us immediately if they have any concerns.

Kokela does not collect, store or share your personal information: everything you create in it stays on your own devices. This policy applies to Kokela on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and is effective as of the date above.
Nothing. Kokela has no sign-up and no account, and we run no servers that receive your data.
Everything you create in Kokela is stored only in Kokela’s private storage on your device: notes, recordings, music, images, videos, sketches, tables, storyboards, vision boards, workouts, signatures and documents you import.
Kokela can sync your files between your own iPhone, iPad and Mac directly, over your local network, with no cloud service in between.
While the Sync screen is open, your device announces itself to nearby devices running Kokela on the same network so they can find each other. On a Mac, that announcement includes your Mac’s name; on iPhone and iPad it uses a generic device label.
Device backups. If you back up your device with iCloud Backup or to a computer, that backup may include Kokela’s data. Apple and your computer handle those backups under their own terms; we never receive them.
Kokela asks for each permission only when you first use the feature that needs it. You can say no, and change your mind later in your device’s settings; the rest of Kokela keeps working.

When you export or share something from Kokela, it goes only where you send it: to Files, Mail, AirDrop, another app or a printer. From there, the receiving app or service handles it under its own privacy terms.
